Election Process
Members vote annually to elect directors. Nominations open 90 days before the annual meeting in June.
Meeting Schedule
Regular board meetings held third Thursday of each month at 6:00 PM. Members welcome to attend.
Meeting Minutes
Official minutes and resolutions available to all members within 30 days of each board meeting.
